As the organization's president, I consider it a privilege to guide a group that has spent more than ten years inspiring and elevating young people.
I am reminded of the motivation and commitment that first drew us together in 2005 as we celebrate our organization's completion of another year of operation.
Over the years, we have accomplished many key milestones and significantly impacted the lives of the young people we work with. Since our founding, we have worked tirelessly to develop a single platform for all Nepali youth-based groups to work together and on to achieve shared objectives. As we develop and grow, we are steadfast in our commitment to upholding our core principles, which include partnering with international organizations, UN agencies, governmental agencies, and youth organizations to carry out various programs, projects, and campaigns aimed at inspiring this nation's future leaders.
We place a strong emphasis on how accountability, transparency, and inclusiveness contribute to the country's long-term growth. The first responsibility we have as citizens is to question what needs to be addressed right away. Education has been mandated on every citizen as a basic fundamental right. However, present educational strategies have failed to identify and explore the talents, creativity and skills of each child, and as a result, the majority of students have grown to see it as a burden throughout their academic careers, demonstrating the system's failure to address the diverse crafts. We are concentrating our efforts on strengthening the roots so that we can reap the highest quality fruits. In relation to this, children are the nation's roots; if they are prioritized, they will represent the state as an energetic, potent, and skilled youth in front of the global world.
We consider it our duty to promote the idea of young involvement in all stages of the state's policymaking and implementation procedures and make a positive impact on the nation’s happiness index.
