Association of Youth Organizations Nepal (AYON), established in 2005, aims to bring youth organizations together to provide a common platform for collaboration, cooperation, joint actions and collective endeavors between youth organizations in Nepal.
AYON is a national network of non-government, non-religious, not-for-profit youth organizations in Nepal. It acts as an umbrella organization of youth organizations. It calls for coordination, network, support and cooperation from the government, non-government, business institutions, civil society and young people for collaborative actions for youth programs and policies....
As the organization's president, I consider it a privilege to guide a group that has spent more than ten years inspiring and elevating young people.

Jagdish Kumar Ayer is a youth social activist from the Sudurpaschim Province in Nepal, who have exercised leadership in various fields. Before being elected as President of AYON from its 13th AGM, Mr. Ayer served as Executive Board Member of AYON where he provided leadership in various works of AYON. He was initially involved with AYON as a member of the Youth Connection Center (YCC). After the massive earthquake in April 2015, Mr. Ayer contributed in the relief and recovery efforts of AYON and reached in remote earthquake-affected communities of Nepal as a volunteer. It is said that the labor never goes in vain, in the same way, the hard labor of AYON who had done many things for we participants. They made us energetic leader from the common people.
